Can I sublet my lodge?
We operate a 'know your neighbour' policy, which means that only your family and friends may stay at no cost to them. This allows our owners to get to know one another and helps to build a friendly community at the park. Holiday letting is not permitted.

Is maintenance and grounds support available?
Yes, the team at Buck Yeats Lodge Park is on hand to support any maintenance needs you may have. They'll also ensure the grounds are well maintained.

Yes, Lakeside Hotel and Spa is a 5-minute walk away and a convenience store and petrol station is a 5-minute drive away in Newby Bridge
