You'll find answers to some of the most common questions right here. However, if you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to get in touch — we'd be happy to help.

  • Can I sublet my lodge?

To foster a welcoming community, we operate a ‘know your neighbour’ policy. We encourage you to invite family and friends to stay at no cost, so they can enjoy your holiday lodge just as you do. However, to maintain this friendly environment, holiday letting is not allowed. This helps us create a warm atmosphere for all our owners.

  • Can I live in my lodge?

We do not allow the use of lodges on our sites for residential purposes. Guests are not permitted to live in them. This policy is clearly stated in our license agreement and introductory letter, which require owners to maintain a separate, permanent residence and use their holiday home solely for recreational purposes.

  • Is maintenance and grounds support available?

Yes, the team at Buck Yeats Lodge Park is on hand to support any maintenance needs you may have. They'll also ensure the grounds are well maintained.

  • Are there private jetties, boat launching, and boat storage facilities?
